Do you ever feel like your days are getting away from you? Do you ever itch for a little more joy, ease, and focus in your days?
If so, this two week challenge is for you.
Annie Dillard once wrote, “how we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives” and I really do think that she was on to something.
The more intention I bring to my days, the more I build habits, rituals, and routines that leave me feeling grounded, joyful, and focused too, the more I find myself enjoying my life each day.
But I know how overwhelming it can feel to start to make these changes, to figure out what pieces of our days we need to protect and what new pieces we need to bring in too.
So this challenge is here to help you kickstart your process of building your own better day, to hold your hand for two weeks as you explore which habits, rituals, and routines will best serve you and your days.
What you’ll find inside are fourteen daily challenges to guide you through these two weeks, and space each day to take note of what worked, what didn’t, and any lessons you may learn along the way too.
This challenge is what I wish I had when I was starting my own build a better day journey and was unsure of where to start, so I hope that this can be a great jumping off point for you if you’re at the start of your own journey too.
